Shipping policy

Please allow 24hrs to process your order. Expect an email within 24-48hrs to let you know your order is on the way! Orders placed after 8:00pm (CST) will be processed the next business day we are open.

We offer “FREE SHIPPING” for orders over $80.00. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to sales taxes, which are incurred at checkout. BYWAY OF SCENTS, LLC is not responsible for these charges applied and are your responsibility as the customer. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain types of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, (see return & refund policy). 

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at solutions@bywayofscents.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
